Subject: Thela publicity and Stall for Patna Surya Clinic Dear Sir: As per discussions with Mr. ___, we are glad to offer you a contract for the th Thela (6 nos.) Publicity and 3 Stall for the Patna Surya Clinic w.e.f. to till . Terms and Conditions for this are as per below: 1. You will have to provide 6 thela, 2 monitors and 3 stall boys. Stalls will be provided by us. 2. You will have to provide for the activities as per the anexure attached and will be paid according to the given amount. 3. We will provide the schedule and route plan for the thela publicity and area for the stall. 4. You will be responsible for informing the municipal corporation about our publicity campaign. 5. Our monitors will do monitoring of the activities. If any thela does not go on predifined area on the scheduled date, deductions will be made for that thela and sound system's charge for the respective date/dates. 6. If we have found that thela does not move full time, deductions will be made for full day. For half day working we will deduct full amount of that day. 7. You will be paid by cheque/DD of 50% as an advance and rest payment will be paid after submission of bill and completions of work. 8. You will be paid 15% of the total amount as handling charges. 9. You will be terminated at any point of time by giving one week's notice. 10. Any dispute arising between us related to this contract shall be referred to and decided by arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act. 11. If any dispute or difference should arise during your service of any time thereafter, the tribunals and courts in PATNA will have exclusive jurisdiction in the matter.
