1. That the training to be imparted by you shall be in accordance with Janani's guidelines, which may be issued to you from time to time.

2. You will be attached to Regional Centres on a rotation basis.Information regarding the same will be given to you by Janani one week in advance.

3. The allotment of camps is at the sole discretion of Janani and this contract does not bind Janani in anyway whatsoever, to allot you any specified number of camps within the contract period.

4. In case Janani decides not to allot any training camps to you, you will be intimated regarding the same.

5. The training camp timings will be as per annexure I. It is compulsory for you to be present in the training hall during the entire training period on both the days, irrespective of the topic being discussed.

6. You will be required to maintain a formal dress code during the entire training period of two days. If you are not formally dressed Rs. 300 will be deducted for that particular training camp.

7. In case of late arrival, early departure or leaving the camp in between the sessions, no payment will be made to you for that particular training camp.

8. You will be required to attend 4 training camps during the orientation period. This will not be required in case you are already trained.

9. You will be paid Rs. 750.00 per training camp during your orientation period.

10. Your activities will be determined and monitored by the undersigned or any other person nominated by him.

11. It is your responsibility to inform Ms. Latika Lawanyamayee or Ms. Archana Choudhary in Janani office about any improper functioning or mismanagement at the training camp.

12. All the training camp and verification reports have to be signed by you. In case of false reporting, no payment will be made for that particular training camp.

13. Your payment will be based on your performance, which will be judged by the women participants of the training camp.

14. To become eligible for payment for any training camp, you should score at least an average of 7 points in each training camp.

15. The payment structure will be as follows:

Janani reserves the right to change the payment structure anytime during the contract period. Information regarding the same will be intimated to you. Payments will be released only on acknowledgement on pre printed receipts of the previous payments made by Janani.

16. During field level camps, you will be paid a consolidated allowance of Rs. 300.00 per day in case you stay overnight at the filed level camps. In case the Regional Centre provides lodging, an amount of Rs. 150.00 per day will be paid as consolidated allowance. If you do not stay overnight at the field level training camps, a consolidated allowance of Rs. 150.00 per day will be paid.

17. Janani will reimburse your travel cost from one Regional Centre to the other (as per the rotation plan) on submission of original tickets. You nd are entitled up to AC 2 class train fare or bus fare.

18. You are allowed to use taxi/ auto in case buses/ train is not available during field level camps.

19. Your travel cost from Regional Centre or the nearest district headquarters (whichever is closer) to the field level training camp and back will be reimbursed by Janani at actuals. All these travel costs have to be authorized by the undersigned or the person nominated by him.

20. No travel cost will be reimbursed during leave or on off days.

21. Expenses incurred on account of official telephone calls, postage, fax, telegrams etc. to the above- mentioned Janani officials only, shall be reimbursed on submission of original bills.

22. You will not be entitled to any other benefits or allowances from the society.

23. The earlier contract stands nullified w.e.f .

24. A notice of minimum one-week is to be given by either party to terminate this contract.

25. Janani also reserves the right to terminate this contract without assigning any reason. In such case you will not be entitled to any compensation/reimbursement whatsoever for remaining period of the contract. You will be required to return all the papers, documents, samples and literature in your possession, which belong to Janani.

26. You shall be required to keep all correspondence and other information or material given to you regarding our work as confidential and not divulge it to any person or firm or company.

28. This contract may be extended on mutual agreement.

29. In case of any dispute the matter will be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act.

30. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be settled at Patna and only Patna court shall have jurisdiction.

This contract has been issued to you on the basis of information furnished by you about yourself. If any of the details and information furnished in your application form, or thereafter, are found to be incorrect or it is found to that you have concealed or withheld any essential detail, this contract is liable to be terminated forthwith on that score.
