With reference to your quotation and subsequent discussions we are pleased to offer you a contract for supply of kiosks size 3'x2'and 4'x'3' at various Railway Stations, installation of hoarding Patna and Muzaffarpur of Surya Clinic panel boards size 4'x4', Patna at kotwali opp. planetarium st in Bihar (annexure attached) for our projects and products w.e.f. . Our terms and conditions of this contract is follows: 1. This contract is valid up to March . 2. This contract can be terminated at any point of time by giving one month's notice. 3. You will have to supply kiosks, panel boards and hoardings as per our design.4. The board should be repainted every four months. 5. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the boards. In failing to do so, Janani reserves the right to make the deductions unilaterally. 6. Payment will be made on a quarterly basis. 7. You would have to put the kiosks of size 3'x2', 4'x'3' at various platforms as advised by us. Number of kiosks will be finalized by us. 8. Payment shall be made on completion of job and after four weeks of submission of bills. 9. In case of any damage or theft of the same, it shall have to be replaced by you within a week failing which we will deduct amount for the whole month. 10. The hoardings would be for Apsara oral pills and Mithun condoms each. For the Apsara hoarding you will have to put a cut out and the size would be 8'x51/2' and 37'x27' square feet. 11. Monitoring for the same shall be done by us and in case of any deviation, deduction shall be made unilaterally. 12. If there is any dispute, the matter shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act. 13. For legal proceedings matters shall be referred to the Patna Courts only.
