With regards to our meeting and subsequent discussions, we are pleased to offer you a contract as a Social Trainer under the Titli Project w.e.f. to be held at 6 Regional Centres of Bihar & Jharkhand (Patna, Ranchi, Deoghar, Katihar, Darbhanga & Motihari). You will be part of an empowerment camp of two days duration on reproductive health, which would include approximately 35-40 couples as participants. You will be responsible for the training and successful completion of each such camp you are attached to. A mutually agreed upon reporting system will be followed from time to time.

1. This contract is valid till .

2. A maximum amount of Rs.750/- per camp will be paid to you as an honorarium. This amount will be calculated on the basis of the feedback received from the participants of the camp. The criteria for the payment has been discussed and mutually agreed upon.
# Timing of the camp
The camp timings are from 9a.m. -5.00p.m. It is compulsory to be present at the Camp site during this entire period irrespective of the topic being discussed
You are to be present inside the camp hall through out the day session irrespective of your session.
# Quality of training
# Follow up of the training module.

3. In case of late arrival to the camp or leaving the camp in between the session, a deduction of Rs.375/- per day will be made. It is your responsibility to inform the office about any improper functioning and mismanagement at the campsite.

4. You will be paid an honorarium of Rs. 500.00 per camp during your orientation either at Patna or at the regional centre level camp prior to your undertaking of training.

5. You will not be entitled to any payment in case you do not conduct the training on both the days of the camp you are allotted.

6. That the training to be imparted by you shall be in accordance with Janani's guidelines which may be issued to you time to time.

7. You are attached to Ranchi regional centre to take the classes and it can be changed as per the requirement of the organisation. This information will be given to you in writing by the respective manager.

8. If you are asked to take camps at the centre other than that allotted to you: # Your travel cost to the regional centres will be taken care of by Janani. You are entitled up to AC 2nd class train fare. Only original tickets will be reimbursed.

9. If you are asked to take the field level camps i.e. outside regional centre town # You will also be paid a consolidated daily allowance of either Rs. 300/- only per day or in case lodging is provided by the society an amount of Rs. 150/- only per day for overnight visits. For Ex regional centre town visits the amount would be Rs. 150/- only per day. # Your transportation will be provided by Janani or all other travel cost from RC town to the field and back will be reimbursed by the society at actuals. All these travel have to be authorised by the undersigned or the person nominated by him.

10. You will not be entitled to any other benefits or allowances from the society.

11. Your activities will be decided and monitored by the undersigned or any other person nominated by him.

12. Expense incurred on account of official telephone call, postage telegrams etc. shall be reimbursed on production of original receipt.

13. The allotment of camps is at the sole discretion of Janani and this contract does not bind us in anyway whatsoever to allot you any specified number of camps within the contract period. You are also to confirm the allotment prior to the commencement of the camp. In case we do not get a confirmation from you, we reserve the right to replace you with another person.

14. This contract can be extended on mutual agreement.

15. A notice of minimum one-week is to be given by either party to terminate this contract.

16. Janani also reserves the right to terminate this contract without assigning any reason. In such case you will not be entitled to any compensation/reimbursement whatsoever for remaining period of the contract.
