Dear Sir: We are pleased to provide you with a contract for printing of addresses on prescription pads w.e.f. as per the following terms and conditions. 1. This contract is valid till . 2. Your payment will be Rs.160/-(Rupees One Hundred and Sixty Only) for screen printing on 500 sheets. 3. The addresses for printing will be provided by us. 4. The payment will be made within 4 weeks of completion of job and submission of bills. 5. This contract can be terminated by either party by giving a notice of minimum one-month. 6. If any dispute or difference arises during your service or any time thereafter, the tribunals and courts in Patna will have exclusive jurisdiction in the matter.Please sign and return a copy of this letter as an acceptance of the contract.
