Contract for Venetian Blinds repair and maintenance within Reshmi Complex. Dear Sir, We are pleased to offer you the above contract w.e.f. as per the following terms and conditions: 1. This contract would be valid till and may be renewed thereafter. Your payment amounts to Rs. 5500.00 for the year, 50% of which is being paid in advance and the balance 50% will be paid by the end of the contract period. 2. We expect quality service from you. In case we feel that the service is not up to the mark, the contract can be terminated from our side with immediate effect and you shall be liable to return the excess payment if any. 3. You shall be reimbursed as per actuals on all expenditure related to purchase of items needed for your specified work provided you take a prior written approval from the concerned department. 4. Your representative should visit our premises bimonthly basis for checking the venetian blinds and sign on the sheet maintained by us. Besides this visit, your service staff would respond to our call within a day for any breakdown/troubles that is reported by us. Deduction clause: A. In case of delay i.e. more than the specified time limit in attending to our complaint without any logical reason, Janani reserves the right to make unilateral deduction B. There will be a deduction of Rs. 500.00 in case you miss out an any of your scheduled bimonthly visit. Thanking you, Programme Director |
