Contract for EPABX and maintenance of Telephone instruments within Patna office Dear Sir, We are pleased to offer you the above contract of our ALCATEL digital ISDN based EPABX system model no.4200ES and telephone instruments w.e.f. as per the following terms and conditions: 1. This contract would be valid till . Hence, you shall receive a sum of Rs. 20,000.00 p.a. of which will be paid quarterly in advance. 2. We expect quality service from you. In case we feel that the service is not up to the mark, the contract can be terminated from our side with immediate effect and you shall be liable to return the excess payment if any. 3. Your representative should visit our premises in the first week of each month for checking the EPABX system and sign on the sheet maintained by us.
